Uppercut.se never charges for shipping within Sweden. For shipping outside Sweden there is a charge of 99 SEK (approximately 10 euros).

Fast deliveries

Orders made before 15:00 (3 PM) Mon-Fri are sent the same day. All orders are sent with the Swedish postal service "Posten" or with Fedex. Delivery times is 2-7 days depending on where you live.

Returns and complaints

Underwear is classified as a hygiene article and cannot be returned if the packaging seal is broken. Therefore, before you break the packaging seal, please make sure you that the item you receive is the same as you ordered, and that the color and size is correct. Bras, t-shirts, tank tops, loungewear and swimwear can be returned even if the seal is broken.

Non picked up items

A cost of 29 Euro will be charged for orders that have not been picked up within 14 days after delivery.

Force Majeure

Any delay or failure in the performance by Uppercut.se shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure. For purposes of this Agreement, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably. This includes acts of God, fires, floods, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage terrorism, vandalism. accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes.

Our history

We thought the range of underwear for men was way too bad. We searched the web for suppliers but in vein. No good stores could be found. In 2005 we had enough and founded Uppercut.se with the goal to become the best online underwear store. Instead of spending time on the beach sunbathing we spent the whole summer working and getting ready to launch Uppercut.se. We launched the site in August with about 10 brands but we were constantly working on adding more.

At the time Uppercut.se operated in a small 49 m² office and we soon had to stack goods from the floor all the way up to the ceiling to make room. All product photos were taken in the office and the programming as well as the customer service operated in this small space. The situation became unsustainable so we moved to a 100 m² office.

We continued working to expand the range of products and improve the store features. In 2006, one year after the site was launched, we added swimwear and loungewear.

2007 was an exciting year for Uppercut.se. We decided to start selling underwear for women too and we also started to sell Internationally.

We launched the store in the Nordic countries with products for men and women. Shortly thereafter we opened up for sale to all EU member countries. Three years after we first launched the site we were now selling underwear for men and women all over Europe.

In 2008 we needed more space again and we found a place that we thought would be big enough for a long time, 400 m². This place allowed us to make all the different parts of our business more efficient and it was in this place Uppercut.se was formed to look like the company we are today.

In 2009 we expanded the range of products considerably and we became one of largest underwear stores in Europe. From the start wanted to give our customers the best possible experience and now we started to improve our customer service to be the best in the industry. This was the main focus for the year and it is still the main focus for us.

In 2010 we decided to change our logotype that we had used since the launch in 2005 and we decided to put more efforts in the development of the business.

During a meeting late in the afternoon in April 2011, the idea about making a new platform came up. We had many ideas for new features and design and a new platform would be necessary. Six months later we went to Dublin for five days to complete the last work. The "new" Uppercut.se was launched in the end of October and we believe we have bright future.
